Returns
Returns are accepted for 3 reasons only: 1. the product is defective, 2. the product arrived damaged due to mishandling during shipping, 3. the product wasn't ordered and is not in the customer's order history.
Returns on properly functioning products, opened, are not accepted. Returns on download items are also not accepted.
If your product is returnable based on the guidelines above, you must notify us by phone or in writing. Please include the product name and reason for return. You must wait for return approval before taking further action. Items returned to Music Maker Publications without prior approval will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. If your purchase was not eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
